Outstanding!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I have lived @ Grande View for 1 & 1/2 yrs. and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this community. I have lived in a couple other apartment complexes in Nashville and they don't even compare. My apartment has a great layout and an awesome view. They have so many ammenities, you definitely get your money's worth here. I have also had wonderful experiences with the maintenance and office staff. They are always very friendly and maintenance always gets the job done by the next day. I love my apartment and do not plan on moving until I purchase a home. I rate this complex and A .
