Grande View is so beautiful on the outside. The landscape and lawn care is the best I´ve seen. There are gorgeuos resort style pools, a beautiful clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, tanning beds, a business center, car-care center, playgrounds and volleyball courts, however, living here has been a rather disappointing experience for my family and I. Most of the staff is friendly, however, management is very poor, and you´re on your own when it comes to dealing with noisy neighbors. The noise heard between floors is unbearable at times. You can hear and fully understand complete conversations taking place between residents living above you (sadly, that´s how I´ve learned some of their names). I hear music playing, dogs barking, phones ringing, cabinet drawers slamming and heavy footsteps approximately 70-75% of the time. The only peace we get is when the neighbors are gone. It´s really disturbing during night-time hours. I´ve awakened many nights thinking there was a serious thunderstorm outside only to realize it´s the noisy neighbors upstairs...thumping as they pace the floors. The insulation between floors is almost none-existant. The apartments are next to the Interstate and you hear traffic day and night. Management does absolutely nothing about the noise from troublesome residents. After placing many calls to management as well as night-time security -- begging for help, I have finally given up. My family and I have endured numerous sleepless nights while riding out our lease agreement with Grande View Apartments.





Disappointment #2. Grande View boasts lovely screened-in private porches. They forget to tell you when you sign the lease agreement that your dryer is vented to your porch and there´s a constant lent problem. Basically, your porch is rendered useless unless you enjoy lent.



This has been my unfortunate experience for quite sometime now. I do hope others are enjoying their time at Grande View.
