I have lived here since Jan 07. I originally moved into a one bedroom here. Currently I am finishing out my lease of my one bedroom deluxe which is technically a two bedroom. At first the staff was great and matinence was awesome. Then after a while they took a few days to fix things. Then there was my major issue. I loved the safety of the apartments. I love feeling safe which is why i decided on Grande View because of the gated community. More times than not the gate is always open and it will stay open for weeks at a time. Then their is the issue with the codes. Somehow there are secret codes that you can type that automatically open the gate. People find them out and give them to everyone. I have had plenty of people tell me thats how they got into the complex. Its just another hassle. People here also leave trash in the hallway for days at a time. There is never any parking available because everyone has more cars than allowed and they dont specify spots for actual residence. Also no matter how many times I have called the office about noise nothing has ever been done. So basically if you dont mind paying extra for safety you dont get and enjoy not being able to sleep through the night even after calling the office after hours then grande view is the place for you!

Just dont forget that its safe to say that grande view cares more about their new tenants than their old ones.
