I could say many unfavorable things about this complex. However, others before me have accurately and fairly summarized some issues w/the Grove precisely. But, take note, the non-refundable "redecoration fee" of $350 does not relinquish you from the indiscretions of the management to compile charges for normal wear and tear. And trust me.... they will find things like mold in bathrooms... spots on carpets... even imperfections of undoubtedly things that were a problem at the time of the original building and decorating; and have you to continue to improve their property. It's easy to not worry about these things in the beginning; to give into the jewels of convenience and initial appearance. But, trust your instincts when you read the entries before this author; you will not be happy if "it" happens to you! And trust me, the gate really doesn't work that well!
