The location may be fabulous but that's about the only good thing about the grove. Parking was hard to come by, especially when school is in session. The place is full of students so it gets pretty noisy and the pool looks like mtv spring break every weekend. You pay outrageous rent and put down a fair amount of money when moving in for "redecoration fees", yet get slammed with charges when you move out! I asked to do a walk through when I moved out and was told it wasn't necessary then was charged with over 300$ of bogus charges. Definetly not worth the money...there are much nicer places in the West End area for the same price and a whole lot less hassel.
