I have been living here for the past 9 months and have enjoyed my time here. The rent is high compared to communities farther away from the city, but reasonable compared to many communities closer to Vanderbilt & downtown. Maintenance has been fast to respond to the few maintenance requests we've left, and the staff is friendly. I would recommend the Grove Whitworth if you don't mind paying for location.
