Good if you're willing to pay the price

I recently moved out of the Grove, and it was good for the most part. The maintenence staff is excellent, and the main office staff is helpful. I lived on the ground floor and had issues with centipedes, millipeds (four inches long), spiders and silverfish. Orkin sprayed, but with no effect. My carpet also would get damp when it rained as my patio would flood and there were gaps in the siding. My windows also leaked both air and water when it rained, so I put plastic over them. Parking can be tight, and I had issues with the people above me jumping around in the middle of the night. Also, the water pipes ran though the bedroom wall-whenever someone in the building would shower or flush, I would hear it. The pipes were loose and would nock whenever water was moving through them. In the end, I moved to a place just as close to downtown, but several hundred dollars cheaper. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
