This place is a joke. I pay over $1100 a month for a 700 square foot residence that is falling apart. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful. Comcast came today to fix my cable because it hadn't been working. When they took the plate off the wall to check the wires they found that they had been chewed through by rats or mice. There was a leak from upstairs into my light fixture in the kitchen caused by a faulty dishwasher the floor above me. Then another leak near the bathroom from upstairs that caused mushrooms to grow out of my carpet. The carpet is still there, they refuse to repair the carpet or the door frame that received the water damage. The dryer vent is a fire hazard. It's so blocked with lint that it takes 2 hours minimum to dry a small load of clothes, but once again they see no need to clean it out. This is a SMALL fraction of the things that I deal with here. I cannot wait until my lease is up!!

Please call the leasing office. They are unaware of your issues and want to make it right.

The tenant visited the leasing office and reported all concerns to management. It was discovered that there were not mice or rats; rather cable that had at one time or another been pulled through the wall and scraped. Cable service had been disconnected by tenant and had been working fine until then. All electrical outlets were tested and found to work; dryer vent was cleaned and carpet/pad was replaced in the hallway.
