Overall, the Grove has been a wonderful place to live. It is located right off of West End Ave but so close to the interstate that you never have to deal with traffic. It's extremely safe with lots of exterior lights, a gate, security cameras and more. The walls and doors of the apartment are thick and the only thing I ever hear is the occasional dog or car alarm. It is not the most up-to-date apartment but everything is well kept and working. I've only ever had to call maintenance once and they fixed it that same day. As for the staff, everyone is super friendly and they are constantly having community wide events for the residents.
