Apartment homes have nice interior features/ floorplans. Fixtures and carpets are cheap quality. Landscaping is beautiful near entrance and clubhouse areas and severely lacking elsewhere. Clubhouse movie theater no longer exists. Internet cafe and pool are very restricted. Office staff is usually friendly but often are "rushed" and unconcerned. Maintenance staff/service is below average compared to other properties. Lots of apartment turnover here. Parking is poor in most areas - get ready to park on a curb if you live here! And forget the boat if you don't pay extra for a garage because you cannot put it in a parking space - NO DESIGNATED AREA FOR WATERCRAFT. Last lease here for me...
