Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I lived here from April 05 - August 05. This was my first apartment and I had no problems at all. The staff was friendly to me. The Toilet was fixed right away when it did not work properly. The apartments are rather new, so everything works great.
Not very noisy, and I could not hear my neighbors.
They probably do however need more parking.
Behind the apartments they are building condos/townhouses but I could not hear the construction inside of my apartment.
All the apartments have an enterence on the ground level.
Yes, they are a little more ($100/mo more) then the Hickory Hollow area apartments but it is worth it. Woodland Pointe is kind of secluded because it is surrounded by parkland and the houses in the area are more expensive so more 'professional type' people live there.
