I have had the most pleasant experience with the hamptons. Staff: friendly, know tenants on a first name basis, concerned about individual needs. Apartment: crowned-molding, comes with microwave above stove, bar countertop in kitchen, spot lights in dining area, computer area. Safety: was never an issue for me. I lived in the very back of the apts, my bedroom window was facing the woods....well lit through-out community. Parking: Very limited, of course not a problem if you have a garage. Noise: Other than some occasional heavy walkers above me, I never had any problems with loud music, loud talking, or in/out traffic. Overall...my experience with The Hamptons was quite pleasant. Nikki and Kim are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend moving here!
