Positives is the apartments are nice with high ceilings and nice crown molding and fireplace but way too little sq ft, lack of closet and storage space a real problem so the benefit of having a nice place is lost in the the clutter from having no room.
Management in place when moved in was great and pleasant. Michaelson Reality has some really rude managers working there now (Deborah Mathis asst manager a real nasty pit bull).

I can relate to your concerns with the size and space have to disagree about the assistant though. As a resident who was in place when she started there and when she choose to leave because she was bullied into having to carry out the unreasonable demands of the manager (Nikki). Did you ever notice that the manager was never around. She was either hiding in the back or just not in. Take into consideration that an asistant is that. She is responsible for carrying out the demands of the manager, especially those of a manager who did not have enough courage to carry out her own outrageous demands but put them back on her staff to do the dirty work for her. Sometimes we have to realize someone is only doing the job they are told to do |
