A word to the wise... If you are smart, you will not lease here for the following reasons: 1. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT 2. NON-NEGIOTABLE LEASE/RENT PRICES 3. EXCESSIVE FEES/PENALTIES 4. OWNERSHIP(MICHELSON REALTY)DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR RESIDENT ISSUES. 5. AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU SHOULD *EVER* HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE OFFICE STAFF. Rent ANYWHERE but here.
