It is all a mirage!
Everyone seems nice, friendly, helpful and concerned at the time you lease.
Wait until you move in. The Concern, and kindeness disappear like a great magic act.
This is mainly from the manager.
She has no regard or loyalty to her residents. O h yeah wait util you move out it gets even better.
You need to hire a maid, carpet cleaner and Handy man to patch every hole in the wall(because you will be charged for any small hole) basically you can not live in your apartment unless you put down plastic and hang nothing on the walls. There is no reasonable consideration for the fact that we have lived in the apartment. I guess she wants you to do the work so her employees don't.
Good Luck! Remember when looking for your new home it could all be a smoke screen.

Yeah, I agree. I have lived at this community for 2 yrs now and you get NOTHING when you renew your lease except a rent increase!
