I have lived in the community for over 2 years and was out of town on the first of the month for business reasons. I left my rent in the lock box on the morning of teh 6th. I received my rent check back riped in half and a note saying i owned $300 in late fees, and recieved a call threating me with lawyer fees. I am not not sure how you would run your busines but it is a certain thing called business etiquette that this mgr of the property doesnt have. It is a shame that they woulld allow someone like this to represent the community. I am very unsatisfied with the current management of this property.I then was hung up on when i was discussing the issue with the mgr. she says " Pay your rent!" and then hangs up in my face...Where is the Professionalism' aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

first of all. This person should read his or her rental agreement. Rent is due on the 5th of every month not the sixth. Learn how to pay your rent.
