Don't Do It!!

The Hamptons at Woodland Ponte look very nice but please don't let that fool you. While request for repairs were honored fairly quickly they were frequent. My apartment had an insect (spider) problem and from the way my allergies were most have been full of mold in the walls. You can hear your neighbors, usually the upstairs more than the ones on the sides. The office staff is great while you are looking and signing the lease, you would think they are your best friends but once that lease is signed they've got you hooked. Don't expect them to help you with anything that is not in the contract or not required of them. The security gate is almost a joke. Cars just wait until someone leaves and come in thru the exit gate. If you want a remote for the gate that will be an extra charge, apparantly $1300 a month just doesn't cover it. My prefered way of entering was #0911 on the keypad and the gates will open (all the criminals know that trick too). So overall I would say my experience here stated out very good and over the term of the lease went downhill fast. I would never recommed The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe to anyone....Please look elsewhere. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
