7/28/09: I have been here for almost 6 months. Still a nice complex/area. Some of the staff members have changed not the ownership just a staff change not sure why but seems to be running the same from my view. I really don't go into the office much only call/or go to office when I need a work order which gets done in 1-2 days if non emergency. 1 thing I do question if the bug company really does come to my apt I doubt it at the doorway opening/closing the door some outside bugs may come in not a huge problem I spray myself that seems to do the trick. I really like my apt I have still yet to hear my neighbors which is great since I have to get up so early for work. The pool was closed for repairs for about a month but it's open now & enjoying it.
3/17/09:I wrote the above comment & have been there for almost a month. So far so good I have the hampton style 2 bdr/2bath attached garage kinda like a condo feel. I love the fact that no one is beneath me. So far I cannot hear my neighbors & seems like everyone keeps to themselves. The neighborhood seems really quite & seems like maintenance keeps the grounds up which is a plus in my book. So far The Hamptons are doing good. Also the staff has been great too.
