Hamptons at Woodland Pointe
AVERAGE RATING

I lived at the Hamptons for 1 year and I ran the "hell" out of there when my lease was up. The apartments are outdated and there is no where to park your vehicle. The price to rent there is outrageous and the so called privacy blinds are filthy. The cut corners on repairs and the management staff was very nasty. I have a sibling that still resides there and she stated that they have amended the lease to state you have to give them a 60 day intent to vacate notice before moving out. If you don't your lease "automatically" renews. How the hell are you going to know where you are going to move 60 days in advance. Looks like to me, they are trying to lock you into a new lease. Watch out folks, if you blink you may end up dying their.
