Nice community, terrible staff... We gave correct notice and now are being charged 1200 dollars for an extra months rent. Our lease was up April 30,2009 and we call to extend the lease for one month march,30 2009. Sent email April 30,2009 that they dropped of the wrong lease agreement and where sent us one to sign up for another year and we would be vacating in May 30, 2009 and understood the month to month rent. We then dropped off a note in the night box , which of coarse they are stating didnt make it into our file and that we have to pay the extra months rent. Staff was rude when we questioned it and the Michelson Organization is a non responsive agency that apparently has no control over their employees. Thanks for nothing here is my 1200 dollars hope you choke on it.

Your post is hard to understand. Please review it and repost. Also, why would you just send an email or drop off a note with a situation this important? The staff seems very friendly and ready to deal with problems in person if you give them enough time.

Also, was treated poorly by staff. They are paid off now after some thinking about my credit score, but i have my case with the better business bureau and my lawyer looking into it. Even tho he says apartments are like drive thrus you always get *&^% in the drive thru.
