I have only been at this complex a few months, but have already had multiple problems with the staff, as have other residents with whom I have spoken. They staff memebers are lacking in some serious customer-service skills and are quick to brush you off and push you out the door.
The grounds are a complete mess. The "lake" is a stagnant algae-infested disaster and there is mud everywhere.
I would highly advise others to seriously consider moving to another complex.

I have been here a few months, and you couldn't have said it any better. When you go to the office, they act like you are bothering them. The pond is soooo gross.
