I read the other comment and have to agree. The property definitely isn't attractive and isn't being taken care of very well. There is a gross lake that they haven't fixed in four months. I also recently went to the office to discuss being overcharged and the lady was very rude to me. The lease has lots of silly requirements like giving a three month notice. And most of my neighbors won't even say hello, they are almost as rude as the people in the office. I can't wait to get out of here.Also every apartment comes with a washer and dryer, but they are cheap. My own washer and dryer are much better but was told I couldn't use them even though I was originally told it would be Ok.
