I must say that I have been very dissatisfied with my stay at Hickory Point. While on the outside it has the appearance of being a nice clean establishment to live at, it really is not nice at all. The office staff is extremely rude to their residents. I think it is a prerequisite to work in the office that you must be an unpleasant troll. I am also certain that those trolls brew up differing ways to irritate the renters. On several occasions I have called with questions or maintenance requests for my unit only to be greeted with the usual infuriating and frustrating banter from the staff. I thought the customer was always right' Is it that hard for someone to fill out a maintenance request and have it completed in a timely fashion without receiving excuses and rude comments/gestures'

Then there is the ??alluring lake?? that is supposed to reign in perspective renters. Let me tell you, they have been working on this thing for over four months now and it is still nowhere near complete. It is nothing more than a vile cesspool of algae. The smell is abominable and don??t even think about walking pass it without a heavy coating of insect repellant on since it is a breading ground for mosquitoes. Do yourself a huge favor and do not rent from this place! Keep looking.
