My current lease expires soon so I thought I would look around to see what other apartments offered. I like to keep my options open. I went to a few other "luxury" apartments. At one place, I witnessed a shouting match between a man and woman (lady worked there)in the office's parking lot! At another place, I waited close to an hour to be escorted by a rude individual to an ant infested apartment. This older,unkept place was $46 more per month than I pay for my brand new apartment! I just never could gain the peace of mind that I have here. Needless to say, after wasting my whole day off, I was thrilled to sign another year lease.
