It is a new community, but they are more than willing to work with you if anything in your apartment needs to be fixed. The maintenance staff is very good at getting back to me right away when even a lightblub is out. The office staff is wonderful and I really do feel like they go out of their way. I love living here and am about to renew my lease.

I disagree. It seems that you have many problems, as I did. Yeah maintenance is good, but for a new place, should there really be this many problems? I can't wait until my lease is up.

Actually, the new communities are the ones that have most of the problems. It takes a little while to work out the kinks. Ask any homeowner that builds a house. There are always surprises. Older communities have had years to make it run smoothly so they have less surprises. Be patient!
