First of all let me say that we agree with the negative ratings posted. The positive ones have to be by the Apt. staff, as they have plenty of time on their hands ignoring the renters. Yesterday some peoples home was broken into and later we found out that it was the sixth break in this year. That is bad enough, but you would at least think that they might notify the residents to be careful. Trust me and others regarding our warnings about this place. We are moving ASAP and so are 4 other people.

That was NOT the sixth break in. Do not listen to these foolish people, they have no idea what they are talking about.

And just how would you know 8.25 responder? You move into this place & then NOTHING! They don't share anything with you regarding not a damn thing!

This is hogwash - it's one of the safest complexes in Nashville. It's on a steep hillside for God's sake. It is no less safe than your own home would be in a regular neighborhood. Use common sense folks....
