First let me start by saying that the apartments look very nice to the eye, but once you live here you will realize that everything is cheaply made. The walls are as if they are made out of construction paper. The neighbors above me constantly sing and play loud music until 4 in the morning ( meanwhile I have a newborn baby that's trying to sleep) and when I tell the actual manager after calling the night manager on numerous occasions, she actually accused me of LYING about the noise. Are you F***ing kidding me' She never does her job and is not the smartest woman I have ever met. We put in our written notice to break our lease 2 and a half months ago and they are still insisting that no one has requested a 3 bedroom. Meanwhile I have seen with my own eyes at least 3 new residents moving into three bedrooms. The air and heat do not work in the master, and the smallest bedroom turns into a sauna if the heat is set even at the lowest temperature. There are always people yelling. The tub is great if you like moldy cheese and don't mind soaking in soap scum that does not come off! The toilets are constantly backing up. The only positives that I can say are the two maintenance men are the only employees that actually do their job and they are very friendly. Thank God they actually do do their job or we would be screwed without a toilet or a tub. I have learned from reading these reviews that there have been break ins which is news to me since the staff has never brought any of these incidents to our attention. Don't judge this book by it's cover, it appears to be nice and new and well designed, but it blows. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Right on. This is soooooooooooo true. We were accused of lying also. We were so stinking mad. I called to ask about the break ins, and they told me they could not comment on that, but assured me everything was ok. We have finally moved out. Thank heaven!! One good thing is we did get our deposit back.
