I also swam yesterday. I noticed the pool was cleaned after my original posting
There is no change on the spa jets. The algae in corners and sides is nearly gone and there is much less junk on the bottom. If a complaint on this site gets action because the staff responds...great

The on site staff maintains the pool and the result is a filthy pool.
We have lived here since April 2008 and the big disappointment is the outdoor pool & spa area. Although the health department gave it a 96 score on July 22,2008, it's apparent that the inspection was handled by a vision / truth impaired individual.
The scenery includes: algae remain on the pool sides; a noticable scum line on the edges; hair balls, dead insects, decaying worms lay on the bottom. Few use it during the day, and it is empty in the evening. I have asked the various management to do better, but they are in over their heads... I'm going to ask Fox or one of the TV stations eager for a story to come out and take a video of a 96 score from the health department for a laugh.
Spa: well, they did finally get the temperature correct, but the jets are wimpy at best. You turn the dial for the boost...nothing happens.
Safety: I do not feel threatened here- the residents are great...BUT...the gates are broken Continually !!!
Maintenance Staff- They do okay, but should not have the job of pool maintenance
Office staff- great on courtesy, unresponsive regarding the pool area
All in all, its a great looking place with a nice gym & workout area,
The opportunity to improve in the pool amenity is staggering.

This is ridiculous - kids, parents, and young couples swim in the pool and use the hot-tub every single weekend. The pool itself has been taken offline for maintenance twice this summer, but that has been the only problem. Your claims are totally unrealistic.

Take a walk and LOOK in the pool...enjoy the green algae, dead bugs, and dead worms from may that still accumulate in the corners of the pool wher there is weak circulation- YOU must be staff not to see this or you're asking you're seeing eye dog for input. The pool has been closed 4 times this summer.
