This place is not all it's cracked up to be!
-Not in a safe neighborhood
-Poorly constructed (thin walls and bad window/door seals)
-Discourteous Leasing Agents/Employees
-Lack of security (even though there are gates)
-Way too expensive for what you get...no bang for the buck at this place!

No I lived there. You must be one of the discourteous leasing agents. You should ALWAYS take these reviews and find ways to improve. Negative word of mouth is not something you all need over there! I am still friends with several of my former neighbors at HP and they have all moved out very dissatisfied.

Why is the neighborhood bad? I live out of state, so I'm not familiar with the area, but I'm looking at Hickory Point as an option. Could someone help me out? Thanks!

This apartment is in a dangerous area (4-5 murders in the last year). It is not actually in Brentwood, they use the name of the city to get you to move there. Brentwood is nice, Antioch is not. Hickory point is in between Brentwood and Antioch in what the locals call Brentioch. It is right on the edge of crime and supicious activity. I would not recommend living here unless you want to put up with that. It is overpriced, and shady.
