I have lived at many apartment communities over the years and one of if not my favorite has been Hickory Point @ Brentwood. First of all the location is the best. I can turn right and I am at I-65 within 5 or so minutes and if I turn left I am at I-24 in the same amount of time. Second, the online ability to pay my rent on line is great. It is so easy and I have never been late becasue I can simply log on and pay online. Thirdly, if I have any issues or problems they are alwasy dealt with immediately. The staff are professional and seem to care about any issues that I have had and go out of their way to ensure my concerns are satisfied,,,, which they have been.
Hickory Point @ Brentwood is a great place to live. Everyone that lives here that I have met, which I have met, are friendly and everyone treats everyone with respect which you don't find that at some communities. I love the work out facility adn it is nice that I have my own access key so I can work out at anytime that is best for me. The pools are beautiful and teh paved sidewalks are great for walking.
I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to live to check out Hickory Point @ Brentwood. It really is a great place to live and call Home.

I noticed the gate next to the office has been closed off, which I think is wonderful. I asked at the office why it was like that and was told that there are only 2 gate companies who know how to work on them and that we are on the list as soon as they can get to us. I don't think it's because they don't care. I personally think this place is great. I have never had any problems with anything and I have lived here almost 2 years now. I would and have recomended Hickory Point to a number of friends and some of them have since moved in. I guess as they say there's one in every crowd that can't be pleased. Oh well to each his own......

Update: They did close off the gate that had been broken, and I felt much safer. Things became quieter. I have to say that this staff does get maintenance and cleaning done, unlike the previous staff, who didn't seem to know what that meant. I think this new staff really does care. Any updates? Did they ever fix the gate or is it still closed off? How is the pool this summer?
