The complex is nice, the gym is sensational, the walls are a little thin and you can hear everything the neighbours are doing but the worst problem with Hickory Point is there inability to get anything right with the billing. I was told what my prorated ammount would be when they emailed me details regarding moving into the complex. A month later on the day I moved in they claimed they had made a mistake and it was now going to be $27 more. Billing information has been provided with incorrect ammounts. When you question staff as to what the problem is they are very vague and don't seem to have an understanding of the system to the point where they provide inaccurate information. This has resulted in late fees yet the management won't take responsibility or even meet you half-way in an attempt to rectify the situation. If you are looking for a relaxed low-stress environment don't move to hickory point!

i've always found the staff to be pretty helpful. I would hardly call them incompetent. I've made many mistakes when it comes to my rent, and they have always helped me understand it and take care of it.
