posts are an invitation for responses: " shady characters" ?? That implies plenty as do your other adjectives...you have a problem with people who are not like you ! You deserve a lecture! I am 57, semi retired ( not retarded as you thought) and make friends easily...Mammoth Cave for you bubba !!

I understand about the problems with the back of the property. Its a shame adults can not be more responsible in picking up after theirselves!!! Remember, it all starts at home and obviously some parents did not do a really good job at teaching their offsprings to be responsible and to RESPECT others. I live on this property and I agree, some people should not be living here.

unfortunately, no matter where you go, there will always be people that act stupid. I think this place is very quiet, especially when you consider where it is located. If you want total peace and quiet, you should look into getting a house in the country. apartment living isn't going to provide that for you. now, calling the staff "retarded monkeys" is a bit harsh....I think they have to screen everyone the same here. I was screened pretty thoroughly when I applied. it's my understanding that they can't screen people based on their race or what friends they have, what kind of music they listen to, or what time they come home at night. If you have a problem with people being obnoxious at night, you should report it instead of blasting it on here. the only way to solve a problem like that is to make it known to the people that can do something about it. 862-8600 works wonders for shutting people up :)

Nobody called the staff retarded monkeys, where did that come from? Trying to banish someone who writes a "no" review to Mammoth Cave or the country or whatever is not the answer. It's easy to be brave when writing an anonymous message. Everyone has a right to their opinion and review without getting bashed. Calling 862-8600 does not solve the problem for every tenant, enter apartmentratings.com. I have always read apartment reviews on this site before moving into a complex and I appreciate everyone's input.
