I currently live at Hickory Point, and have for the past two years, in a one-bedroom in the middle level. I recently signed my lease again for the third year. Yes, I can hear the people above me walk. Yes, I have had some building issues that needed to be fixed. This all comes with the territory of living in an apartment. If you don't like it, buy or rent a house! Whenever I have had an issue, I have called into the Office and my issue has been fixed usually within one day. If you have an issue with hearing your neighbors above you, move to the top floor and the issue is taken care of. I have always felt safe in this complex, and I don't forsee this changing. The only issue that cannot be fixed is the internet and cable. Currently, it is through Prime Home Entertainment, which is terrible. Gladly, after speaking with the office about it, it looks as is we will be able to get Comcast to come in. If you currently live her, you will know this is a major upgrade! Hopefully, this review will help some people out.

Six months after this review was posted, we still don't have Comcast. And, I moved in a year and a half ago and was told it was "coming" too. Still not here! I don't blame people for being upset about that. If they're not going to get it, quit telling tenants that they are. Each time I ask I'm told "within 30 to 60 days." Try 547 days. O: It sucks to be lied to, so deal with that!
