Pros: Spacious apartments for not much money, clean pool, very quiet and peaceful, family atmosphere, freedom to landscape if you are on the bottom floor, great for cat lovers (sweet outdoor community cats love attention and food of course), huge kitchen for an apartment, close to grocery stores and restaurants

Cons: Plumbing issues (leaky faucets, noisy water pipes, hot water runs out after 10 min in shower), for non-emergency problems maintainance is slow, floors are creaky so you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take, pool was closed a lot last summer (so far so good this year), the safety of the area is questionable since its next to Turtle Creek (a few car break-ins a year, one tenant had a gun fired towards them after witnessing a car break in but thankfully weren't hit, but no apartment break ins I'm aware of)
