My husband and I moved in in mid February 2009. We loved the 1370 sq ft space compared to our last apartment for the same $700, but only 670 sq ft there. We have had great experience with the mgmt and maintenance. There is a pool and small work out facility. There are many people from Middle Eastern decent that live here, and they are all extremely nice and curtious. The kids move out of the way when you drive in!! Not like our last apartments where you had to honk and wait for them to decide to move!
The only negative I've seen so far:
*they came to paint some closet doors that I asked to be repainted, and used white spray paint, which made the doors sticky, even 5 months later!
*My car was broken into this week (though mgmt said they haven't had any break-ins in 3 years)
*there is no air filter, just an open hole with the vent cover over it.
*lots of dirt in the parking lot that turns into mud when it rains
