I lived at Hillmeade for 5 years and it is like living in a beautiful park - and it's only 9 miles from downtown Nashville. The two bedroom apartment I had was very spacious and included a screened in veranda that is carpeted which we used alot. We decorated it and had hanging plants that looked beautiful from the living room. It was nice having a kitchen with a pantry, a built in microwave oven and yes - an icemaker! I lived upstairs & found my electric bills to be very reasonable. They were built as condominums so there were alot of extras (like a wet bar, door bell, etc). Anytime I needed maintenance, they came promtly to make any repairs. I really didn't want to leave since I felt so spoiled after being there. (Moving closer to my children).
