I have never felt more unwelcomed then when I lived at Hillmeade. The unprofessional staff treat everyone here as though it's a privledge for us to live in their complex. They misinform people about their lease, they talk down to you, and the facilities are in shambles. I would not recommend Hillmeade to anyone. This could be a nice place to live, but they would have to start by firing all the staff.
Other points:
Parking is a mess
Speeding cars
Dangerous for children
Smelly ponds filled with garbage
Dark at night (street lights damaged)
Terrible winter maint.
Gates break down
Appliances old and dirty
I could go on and on
