This is a beautiful property that seems to have a lot to offer on the surface. However after living at Hillmeade for a year, I would not do it again. The office staff is nice and as accomadating as they can be. However the office manager is abrupt and unresponsive. The conditions we had to live in while the contruction project was going on was more than people should have to put up with. Plus we did not get any advantages, such as decreased rent or specials during this time. I was impressed with the way the matienence service was presented to me when I leased the apartment, however it did not take long to fiqure out that this was a selling point. I would have to call two or three times to get the simpliest problem taken care of. The pool, hottub and fitness room were not adequately maintained. Plus the insides of the apartments are showing there age.
