I read the feedback on this site prior to moving in but between the price and the size I couldn't say no. I just think only those who want to complain actually come to the site but people who are happy never take the time. I've been home 24/7 so in one month I'm getting a pretty good feel for the place. I've never met the manager but the other two in the office seem very nice. The maintenance staff also seems to go out of their way (I wanted the paint shade so I could touch up our move in scratches - they told me to wait and three days later brought me up the end of thier paint bucket AND a brush.) Of course the appliances are a bit outdated BUT THEY WORK! I'm sure the place could be better insulated but in 11 apartments over the past 10 years in FL, GA and TN this is definately one of the best. The grounds are great and I love the fact that we are set back OFF of the main road. The poop pots usually have bags for them which you almost never find at any other place and the fitness center is small and simple but it has what I need. I'll let you know when I move out if my opinion changes but I think for now I've found a nice home.
