I read the reviews and I think they are a bit unfair.
The racest comments in other reviews I cannot comment on but I can say my wife is from Latin America and they treated her with the upmost respect.
People remember, this is apartment living! Nothing can be as great as owning your own home.
I just spent a week looking at apartments from Frankin, TN to all over SE and SW Nashville. Many of the other complexes have poor layouts for the square footage.
The bedroom at Hillmeade is larger then most living rooms at apartments I look at in the area.
This complex was built to be condo's and they are much better built the any of the apartments I seen in the area.
I will update this more after I move in and see how the management treats us.
