Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I lived here when I just moved to Nashville in 2003. It’s a great place to live. Polite staff; well maintained grounds and neat apartments. Maintenance is prompt and competent.
…Be careful when moving out though... I had a small table I thought was so cute to dispose of and I left it on the deck for the lucky next tenant …but guess what, I was charged a whooping $150 disposal fee. Yes, for a small table even a kid could carry out unassisted.
That aside, this is a great place to live!
