The jacuzzi is broken year round with no sense of urgency to correct. Dog poop all over the property. Staff is comprised of total morons that think they are smarter than they are. They change legal documents behind your back and change lease terms with no discussion. They change rent prices with no notice. They charge you for water while you're also being charged by a separate water company. They threaten to turn you over to a collection agency over 61 cents instead of just politely asking for 61 cents. 61 CENTS we're talking about here!!!!!!!!!! I would LOOOOOOVE to see them turn me over for 61 cents! Love it! Dogs bark non-stop. The "gated community" is ALWAYS open to whomever wants to come in including vandals and theives. The staff sit around on their asses smoking cigarettes by the pool with their 1980 banana clips and don't work. They changed my lease terms and when I brought the subject up they said "because of the Fair Housing Act....blah blah blah". Hate to break it to them but the Fair Housing Act has to do with discrimination on race, color, national origin, etc. I guess that was the only real estate law they had ever heard of so they had to use that. Too bad they were trying to double-talk two people who are in the top 25 real estate agents in the state! They are idiots that don't have enough sense to poor piss out of a boot. When you ask for someone higher up, they say they can't give out that information even though these people have business cards that they hand out and REFUSE to have anyone above them call you. They won't tell you a name of anyone above them. They're uneducated boobs! And I will be sure to post this on EVERY website I find as well as the Tennessean first thing tomorrow morning!

I totally understand. My husband and I have been apartment shopping recently in the Bellevue area and I called about this community. The internet said the 2 bedoom I was loking at ran in the $800's and when I called I was quoted over $1000 for the same apartment. These people and this company really needs to get there stuff together!!!!!

I live here too and after only two months i am fed up too. I won't recommend anyone to live here. The staff is awful! They repaired my kitchen and while doing it they unplugged my fridge and ruined all my food! and that's just the beginning of a list of almost 20 things i have go wrong with this place. Again, I have been here only two months. I am ready to break my lease and leave now!!

I have two other roommates and all three of us are dissatisfied. We moved in June 2006 and it has been down hill from there. Our move in date was delayed because of carpet and wall painting issues, which forced us to seek alternate living accommodations. We had fleas, for over a month, and none of us had or have animals. They tried to correct it but failed over ten times. Inconsiderate of the fact that we are all college students and limited to where we could go, we struggled. Allergic reactions occurred causing all with lasting flee marks. Furthermore, since then ,we currently have squirrels in our walls and ceiling, our front door knob is constantly falling off, and we keep getting bugs such as wasps, centipedes, and beetles; all of which is very aggravating. Above and beyond all that we have always managed to be polite, OVER and understanding, cooperative, and patience. But, we found it be very unacceptable that one my roommate experience discrimination recently. She alerted management about all our previous problems and now her current one and nothing was done about the unlawful act of discrimination. I hate it here but I???m stuck and quite frankly I am fed up with not only this place but Bellevue altogether.
