don't move here!! staff is awful. i can't say it enough. this place is NOT a place you want to live. here is my list of complaints and i have only been here two months. i am going to do everything i can to get out of this lease ASAP!!

1) glass door ? promised multiple times by kim, renigged by lynn
2) peep hole covered for weeks
3) wall paper repaired ? locked cat in bathroom,
4) wallpaper repaired - unplugged fridge ? ruined food
5) leaking faucet ? no calls for weeks, no warm showers, while I was paying for water
6) windows leaked when rained and made carpet wet ? mold'
7) fan in bathroom broke ? still not fixed
8) multiple calls about intercom system ? still not fixed
9) mailbox ? no mail for weeks, staff couldn?t find box
10) mailbox ? wouldn?t open often
11) screens missing from windows
12) no lights outside on precarious steps ? multiple request to get fixed
13) dishwasher had standing water in it
14) no washer/dryer for days
15) shower curtain rod broken ? had to shower in guest bath for a week
16) wallpaper repair took many days to do
17) had to clean up after workers after wallpaper repair
18) animal crap on concrete paths
19) trash always overfull and have to go up dangerous steps to get to it
20) no recycling

I've lived here for 8 years and have never had any major problems. And this person has no major problems. They are just unhappy, ill, people who can't learn to enjoy the beautiful hills, lakes, views from their apartment, the size of these wonderful apartments and the safety of the community. It's a great place to live and I hate to see people write such nasty comments.

sLilac is obviously an employee at Hillmeade. lol I mean come on, how much time and trouble do you have to write these responses over and over again??? This property and it's reviews are not about ill or unhappy people, It's about you and your staff not getting anything done there because you just want to show up and get your paycheck, ( which is a travesty that you actually earn money for what you do NOT do, ) this is about people, good people who just want what they deserve in life for an outstanding fee for rent. get a life SLilac, and remember this could be you someday, Theres a word for you in Cleveland.. it's " ------ " that's a person that snivvles and whines about others complaing for the deserved.
