Overall I am 85% ok with the complex but here is my complaint list:
Old Construction - This equates to non EnergyStar rated appliances (Circa 1986 Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave), HVAC equipment is original as well (some have been replaced) but overall Cooling only condensers with Electric Strip Heat, DRAFTY windows, Can hear your neighbors walking around at 5:00am, carpet needs to be replaced... The OLD appliances (along with rising utility costs) helped me have the highest utility bills I have seen (over $200).
Lighting - Has been significantly improved since we moved in August '05 but still needs improvement around steps.
Recycling - only offer cardboard
Gated drive - but the gate lets five to six cars thru at a time, needs to be looked at.
When they showed the model apartment, they showed a newly renovated model and failed to mention that some off the units are not yet renovated.
