There's pros & cons........

Pros
1. Rent is competitive
2. Grounds are well maintained
3. Pets allowed
4. New appliances recently installed
5. Office staff are very friendly

Cons
1. Original windows very drafty, can feel warm air blowing in during summer & cold air in winter.
2. Wildlife live under units & in walls,we hear them fighting, scratching on walls etc. Some animals have died & the stench is horrible.
3. HVAC unit is inadequate for space, utility bill runs close to 400.00 in summer. Air conditioning runs 24/7 for upper floor of townhouse when temps hit 80s & never properly cools. Dampness is a real problem.
4. Carpet loose on stairs & bad patch job in some rooms.
5. Trash removal is a hassle, have to haul trash in your car down to dumpster & the only recycling available is cardboard. Coyotes are not uncommon scavenging near units for garbage left outside front doors overnight.
6. Tick problem around the grounds is horrible. Other insects, such as large spiders & centipedes that continually creep in thru the cracks of ill fitting windows.
7. People drive too fast up & down winding hills & we've almost been hit several times, speed bumps would be nice.
8. Can hear neighbors flush toilet among other noises.
