I read some of the other reviews and decided to weigh in. I have lived in a few different apartments in this area. Hillmeade is, by far, the best. It is not perfect, but who is' And this is an apartment. The property is beautiful (especially this time of year) and very quiet. My apartment is large and I never hear my neighbors. I had new appliances when I moved in, even a washer and dryer.

I have never had a bad experience with the maintenance or office staff. Any maintenance problems are addressed quickly and efficiently and the office staff has always been very nice and respectful.

I agree with you. My wife & I have lived at Hillmeade since 1997. We have seen our neighbors come and go. Have we had problems - absolutely. But would we move anywhere else - absolutely not. This is our home. We choose to make our home in an apartment complex. We take the good and the bad that comes with that. At Hillmeade the good well outweighs the bad. The scenery can't be beat, the maintenance guys do a good job and the folks in the office have always been nice and respectful to us.
