Going downhill
From: gonzalo_diaz@yahoo.comDate posted: 7/22/2004
Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
For the last 2 years the quality of life of this place has been going downhill, with the staff majorly concerned in squeezing as much money from tenants as possible.
They will not answer to minor repairs. They will demand exhorbitant rises if you choose to go month-to-month. Of course, they will allege any damage (real or imaginary) in order to keep your deposit.
Last time I checked, they were not even changing 3 year-old carpets for new tenants.
The fences to the adjacent apartment complex (even more lowbrow) are broken and dubious people circulates freely across.
Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to around 2001-2002. Since then the scope changed and the focus is now on collecting money with as little work as possible odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
