I work in the office as a Leasing Agent, not to mention that I also live within the community. I originally lived in Antioch in Cambridge Apts. :( another story... But, even as a resident, i do agree the apartment is SUPERB.. We're about 80% complete with construction in which all the siding, windows and brickwork were all replaced. We're also upgrading units to include new paint, carpet, ceramic tile and all new upgraded appliances. I totally think that our maintenance staff is second to none in the immediate handling of service requests. Since i've been working there, the office staff is also 2nd to none. We have a small office staff, but we're all inviting and caring to the residents. Some may say we're inconciderate of things that may happen, but we really aren't, US Law is sooooo constrictive that we really have to act as if we don't care to not face penalties or punishment. Overall, I would as a resident and employee recommend Hillwood Pointe to any and everyone!
