I originaly moved in to a one bedroom by myself after a medical discharge from the Army. Knowing about my injurded lungs I origionaly asked for a first floor appartment, and was placed in a third floor at the last moment on moove in day. I went along because I had to, and everything was fine until the constuction mentioned in an earlier review, when the entire ouside wall of my appartment was ripped out for three days. Immediately after this my medical condition worsened and continued to decline for several months, and the doctors couldnt figure out the cause. About this time I upgraded to a two bedroom with a roommate, and discovered during mooving that the entire carpet was full of fine plaster dust the carpenters were suppose to clean up and ofcorse the doctors confirmed that was the cause of my deterioration. The night I signed the lease for the new two bedroom two guys came into the aparment complex and tried to set up a drug deal to rob their dealer. They were both already strung out on meth and the guy suppose to do the robbing shot up the apparment complex with a shotgun instead, shooting in windows on people, one family sitting in front of it watching tv, although thankfully no one was hurt. I witnessed this and the kid was arressted but got out on probation and came back around staying at his friends house, the constrution worker's that didn't clean up the plaster dust. He then proceeded to watch our old building for three days untill the cops actually caught him outside and arrested him. The reason it took three days' The office did nothing about this guy and we were actually asked "Well, what do you want us to do about it". Also when we moved into the new two bedroom it had ashes on the floor, holes in the wall around electrical outlets, the hotwater heater was and still is broken along with the dishwasher that keeps falling apart.
