I have lived in Hillwood Pointe for about 2 years now and I have seen management come and go about every couple of month. I used to be able to call in a complaint or issue and it got fixed in a timely manner. Now I may wait a week before I can get a problem fixed. It isn't that bad a neighborhood although now they rent to people who are irresponsible and sometimes I come home and there are a whole bunch of thuggish guys out in the front smoking weed. I made serveral complaints about this matter and nothing is done. The management now are the worst and there is a woman who always says she is going to get something fixed but won't. I attempted to go over her head to the next person in charge and she would not even give me the number. I am very unhappy. the quality of the apartment is not great and whenever they try to fix things they usually make it worst. I don't even like to invite people over anymore b/c the apartment is so outdated and breaking down. I really want out of my lease and I have already been looking for another place to live.
